Interior Property Selections, LLC is the partnership of Raquel Thomas and Starlite Williams who met and became friends while attending Lawrence Technological University College of Architecture and Design in Southfield, MI. Their partnership brings over 25 years of residential and commercial interior design and project management experience to our clients.
IPS, LLC assists the residential developer in selecting complementary materials and finishes that are appropriate for the style of home and budget. Whether you’re rehabbing an older home or simply making a few cosmetic changes, you’ll need to make smart cost-effective decisions if you want to add the most value to your investment.
IPS, LLC transforms the commercial developer’s vision in ways that are practical, profitable, and of course, stylish. IPS assists the small commercial developer by selecting materials and finishes that functions as required to increase functionality and elevate style for financial gain.

MEET OUR TEAM
Raquel Thomas
Raquel Thomas is an interior designer, construction management professional and lifelong Detroit resident with a passion for design, construction, and real estate development. Raquel holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan.
Starlite Williams
Starlite Williams is an interior designer, architectural lighting designer and Detroit resident who has practiced both Interior Design and Architectural Lighting Design professionally over eighteen years. She is a nationally accredited designer recognized by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ). Starlite graduated from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan.
