Description: This project involved the renovation of a 2,475 square foot, eleven room brick colonial home. The Client/Developer wanted to update the property with a contemporary design while maintaining the traditional features of the fireplace and bay window. IPS selected all the materials and finishes for the interior renovation including flooring, cabinetry, paint, and fixtures with the client’s aesthetics in mind. IPS delivered the project on time and within budget.

IPS Scope: Project consultation, virtual boards which included materials and finish selections, fixture and equipment selections, fixture and equipment schedules and budget estimates.
