Description: The Mackay Project involved the gut remodel of a 35 sq.ft bathroom. The 1950s bathroom had been updated in the late 1990s with black fixtures and textured walls. The goal of the project was to replace the outdated fixtures and finishes with a fresh color palette. Due to the size, it was important to select fixtures and materials that made the room feel larger. IPS selected the porcelain tile floor, mosaic wall tile, faucets, lavatory sink, toilet, whirlpool tub , paint and accessories. IPS delivered the project on time and on budget.
